Drake hits streaming record
  • Drake is now the first artist ever to hit 120 billion streams on Spotify.
  • Taylor Swift trails with over 110 billion streams.
  • “One Dance” leads Drake’s top tracks with 3.7 billion+ plays.
  • He had previously hit the 100 billion mark in 2022.

Toronto — Drake has officially become the first artist in Spotify history to cross **120 billion total streams** across all credits, according to data aggregated by Chart Data and reported by HipHopDX.

This milestone cements his position as Spotify’s most-streamed artist ever — a lead he’s extended beyond his rivals.

The gap between him and second place is also significant: Taylor Swift is said to be just above 110 billion streams on Spotify, putting her roughly 10 billion behind Drake.

Looking at individual tracks, “One Dance” remains his most-streamed Spotify song with over 3.7 billion plays. Others like “God’s Plan,” “Passionfruit,” “Work,” and “Hotline Bling” also pull in billions.

Drake first reached the 100 billion milestone in 2022. Since then, he has continued adding to his catalog and streaming numbers, further widening the lead.

It’s not yet clear whether there will be a celebration or Spotify campaign for the 120 billion mark, similar to when he was honored with a custom FC Barcelona jersey at 100 billion.
